a dream wedding!
In december 2016 we received a message from Wessel and Linsey. They wanted to book us for their wedding in Norway! We couldn’t be more thrilled!!
This could be a dream coming true for us, and it was!!
On march 8th we travelled to Norway. We were so excited to travel to our favourite country again! Snow, mountains and so much peace and quiet!
We arrived two days early so we had one day te prepare our shoot and get to know the environment.
The wedding turned out to be unforgettable!

For me the day started at Linsey’s home. She stayed there together with her mother and sisters. Gerben went to Wessel, who spent the night at the weddinglocation: Huso fjellgård.
When I arrived everyone already looked their best. So I had the chance to photograph the first ‘getting-ready’ details with Linsey. Her mother and sister then helped her put on the dress…She looked so amazing!
The close family members arrived to be part of the ‘first-look’, which was already so special, because they all were here from Holland, to be part of this special day!
Next we went to take pictures close to the home of the couple. Their dog Cooper, was also a part of this session, of course, because he is really a part of their family.
Then we went to the mountains of Hemsedal. Especially Wessel, loves the mountains and their pure look, so of course they had to play a part in their wedding pictures.
A little further up the mountain we created some beautiful emotional moments and were also able to photograph the wedding details of the bride and groom. Great to be with two photographers, so we could split up.
After a quick lunch, the ceremony began at Huso Fjellgård. Linsey walked down the aisle with her dad, which is always a very special moment. This time it was also hilarious and that helped to smooth the tension a bit.
The dinner and party were in the traditional ‘vikinghus’. Together with their family and friends, Wessel and Linsey decorated the whole place so beautifully. All handmade details. Linsey even made the wedding invitation herself. Every guest had their own name tag on their plate which was put into a piece of wood. There were candles all over the place. Truly it could have walked right out of a pinterest post!
With great thanks to photo konijnenberg, we had the most amazing material and were able to create some great wedding pictures, we are very proud of!!
And Linsey and Wessel, if you read this, thanks again for your big trust in us. We had the most amazing weekend!!
